cheese cake

sudah lame kan tak terupdate pasal masak-memasak ni..ye la kan, aku ni tak reti sangat masak, so paham-paham jer la kan...last three weeks, aku baked cheeese kek ni..ni gambar & resepinya sekali...

bahan-bahan yang diperlukan: 


250 gm            cream cheese
60 gm              castor sugar
60 gm              corn flour
½ tsp                vanilla essence
1 cup               whipping cream
60 gm              butter
6 nos                egg yolk
Meringue:
6 nos                egg white
60 gm              castor sugar

cara-cara:
  1.  Beat cream cheese, margarine, sugar until fluffy (kembang)
  2.  Add in egg yolk, corn flour
  3.   Mix well. Add in vanilla essence and whipping cream.
  4.    Beat meringue. Then, fold meringue in the cheese mixture. Mix well.
  5.    Bake at 170 Celsius for 60 minute.
  6.    Technique: bain marie/ steam bath 
sebenarnya, cheese cake can be turned into blueberry cheese cake ker or oreo cheese cake..or any flavor yg korang nak..just need to put blueberry paste or bskut oreo yg dihancurkan jer kat bottom layer..

malangnya pada malam itu, aku terlupa la plak nak letak tepung, so kek ni tak bape nak naik la...die kembang and naik just depend on putih telur jer..satu lagi, memandangkan tak der whipping cream, bley jer replace dengan fresh milk..tetapi fresh milk tak der plak, so aku ganti ngan susu tepung..kena bancuh jer..tapi of corse la kepekatannya jadi tak sama..satu lagi kejadian malang ketika membakar kek ni..bukan oven meletup k...temperature and timing dah siap set up,so aku just masukkan jer la adunan kek tu..then after 30 minutes aku pi jenguk la kek tu.aku pelik kenapa la kek ni tak kembang or menunjukkan ciri-ciri sedang dibakar, pastu oven ni tak panas pon..rupa-rupanya, aku terlupa nak pusing api oven tu...api oven tu ter'set' kat 'zero'..it shud be at another point la, supaya berlaku convection of heat lam tu..

finally, kek siap dibakar and manis rasanya...=)

prasan tak cake ni ade 2 layers. yang bottom layer tu la cheese nya yang termendap..tak bape nak naik kali ni =(...

ni first time aku bake cheese kek tanpa cifu kat tepi..dulu 1st time aku buat, adik aku yang tolong, die pandai sket bab-bab masak ni..hikhikhik
tapi tak pe, practice make perfect kan..

  1. japanese cheese cake is simpler but my friends preferred this cheezy original cheese cake as they said japanese cheese cake just like sponge cake :(

    ganbatte~ don't give up... put crumble oreo in the cake instead of as bread crumble layer, taste better :)
